Sierra is a member of the Darden MBA Class of 2011. Born and raised in Seattle, she received a B.A. in English from the University of Virginia. After graduation, Sierra worked in Seattle before moving to Charlotte, North Carolina, to work for Bank of America. She spent 7 years with Bank of America in a variety of roles, most recently in the Sports & Sponsorship Marketing division managing an exclusive experiential hospitality program at professional sports properties and teams across the nation. Sierra chose Darden after being captivated by the case-method discussion process and small class size, along with the focus on business ethics.

Darden graduates Katie Bisbee and Michael Szarowicz recruited Sierra to be a founding member of Mustaches for Kids — Charlotte, a fundraising initiative supporting local teachers and underfunded classrooms. She also enjoys horseback riding, cooking, entertaining and wakeboarding.
