• StartUpJournal.com - a Wall Street Journal web site listing current businesses and franchises for sale.
• Business Brokers Network - This is a network for people who want to get into buying and selling companies. They have HQ in TX, plus 450 affiliates throughout the US and Canada that are individually owned. The affiliates are operated in a standardized manner. They list the businesses for sale on their site; you can also list your own business to be sold.
• Hughes Klaiber LLC -  Their services are designed to provide advice and assistance to guide entrepreneurs who are interested in selling or acquiring  mid-sized businesses (specifically in the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut area).  Their professional approach is tailored to meet the needs of owners of successful, privately held businesses with a minimum of two million dollars in revenues.
