Evening Cook
The Sponsors Executive Residence Center Dining Room at the University of Virginia's Darden Graduate School of Business Administration is seeking a full time cook. The chefs at the Abbott Center are graduates of some of the most highly rated cooking schools and kitchens in the nation, which makes everyday dining there an outstanding experience.
The PM Cook is responsible for preparing creative entrees, salads, sandwiches, vegetables, soups, sauces and desserts; operating food preparation equipment; and utilizing proper food preparation and handling methods. Qualified candidates will possess two or more years of food service experience, high school degree or equivalent.
Assistant Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations
The University of Virginia Darden School Foundation seeks an Assistant Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations.
The incumbent will work closely with development leadership and the Executive Director of Corporate Relations and is responsible for raising unrestricted and restricted corporate annual and major giving, including oversight of the Corporate Sponsors Program and student club fundraising. The Assistant Director also serves as a liaison with other entities within the Darden Enterprise for the purpose of identifying major Corporate & Foundation Relations prospects, enhancing corporate connections and raising awareness regarding the role of corporate giving at Darden. This position will require some travel (no more than 20%) to be determined through prospect identification.
College degree and two to five years of professional level experience, preferably in a not-for-profit or academic entity. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Experience with donor research and prospecting highly desirable. This is a full time, salaried position with benefits.

Associate Director of Development Operations and Stewardship
The University of Virginia Darden School Foundation seeks an Associate Director of Development Operations and Stewardship.
The incumbent works with the Senior Director of Campaign and Development operations to facilitate relationships between Darden alumni and development staff and volunteers; ensures that prompt gratitude for gifts is expressed; and provides meaningful communication about alumni’s gifts at work in the Darden School. The incumbent will also work with the Senior Director of Campaign and Development Operations to ensure the smooth operations of the day-to-day activities of the development office.
This is a fast-paced office environment and candidates should be detail oriented and efficient. This is a full time position, salaried, with benefits. College degree and two years’ experience in general administration, preferably not-for-profit or academic, required. Ability to use a calculator and make mathematical computations a must. Experience with BSR/Advance or equivalent preferred.

Development Associate for Major Giving
The Darden School Foundation at the University of Virginia seeks a Development Associate for Major Giving. The incumbent provides administrative support to the Darden School Foundation’s major gift office, particularly the Director of Major Gifts. Support will include execution of development projects, prospect research, moves management, prospect management, donor stewardship activity, campaign/philanthropy marketing and communications and event planning. Some projects will be given to the Development Associate to execute independently. From time to time the Development Associate may be called upon to travel to assist in event execution.

Must have ability to work flexible hours and varied shifts including holidays and weekends. Uniforms and meals provided. Outstanding interpersonal, customer service, communication and organizational skills are essential.
Cafe Salad/Sandwich Cook
Responsible for preparing salads and sandwiches to order; operating food preparation equipment; and utilizing proper food preparation and handling methods. Qualified candidates will possess two or more years of food service experience, high school degree or equivalent. Outstanding communication and customer service skills a must. Culinary degree preferred but not necessary.
Housekeeper
The Housekeeper is responsible for providing world class customer service to all guests. This position is responsible for ensuring that the overall cleanliness of the facility is maintained to executive management’s standards. This position is responsible for general housekeeping activities to ensure clean, sanitary, orderly and attractive conditions in the Sponsors Executive Residence Center. Candidate must have completed a minimum of two years of high school and have prior housekeeping experience. This position is hourly, daytime hours. Schedule will vary.
